What is the difference between jquery.js and jquery.min.js?

jquery.min.js is the minified version, where as jquery.js is the non-minified version. In your production website always use minified files as they download faster and consumes less bandwidth.

Difference between Jquery and Javascript

  
1.Developers need to handle by writing their own Javascript code whereas JQuery is a multi-browser JavaScript library designed to simplify the client-side scripting of HTML.

2.If you use JavaScript, you need to write you own scripting which may take time.Whereas If you use Jquery, you need not to write much scripting which already exists in JQuery.

3.JavaScript is a language. Example: JQuery like a foriegn language which is already built by Javascript which is unknown to you what kind of JS is written there, you are just using it.

Difference between body onload() functi and document.ready() function in jQuery is as below

1. We can have more than one document.ready() function in a page where as we can have only one onload function.

It's really simple. One just need to add reference of javascript file(.js). Go to Jquery.com and download the latest version of jQuery. When download is completed, there is a "jQuery-1.3.2.js" in the folder. Include this file




and you good to go now for JQuery.
