I'm wondering if it's possible to easily create reports or views for user profiles. For example, I want a list of all user profiles where the picture field is blank, though on other occasions I may want to check if Manager is blank, or Office = Sydney, etc.
When in Shared Services Admin the 'View User Profiles' view doesn't give me any options to create a new view, add columns to the view or do anything basically. The standard view I look at just contains Account Name, Preferred Name and Email Address.
There must be a way of getting this information out of Central Admin.
