already have the associated application open (word, excel, etc) then the newly opened document is not opened full screen, and are instead opened on the taskbar as a flashing icon. As these documents are being used for inductions for people with
very low computer literacy it is causing quite a few issues as the majority of people are not aware they just need to click on the flashing icon in the taskbar to bring focus to the office document they are wanting to read.

1. Only occurs when clicking links to documents located on an external training vendors website which references our intranet based links.
2. Only occurs when associated office app is already open.
3. Only occurs for some people, so would appear to be profile based. Other people logged on to the same PC don't get this behaviour.
Any suggestions woud be great!
