Entity fram work with WCF

I have one visual studio 2010 solution which have four projects Data access layer(Entity framework), Business Logic, business entity and Service layer. I have write nice code for each layer including test and I have check whether it write and read data on database by calling business logic . but what I face is when I write service layer... I just include bussinses logic and bussiness entity using add reference then I call the function(metho) inside bussiness logic by just creating object of it. I have bulid the soultion, there is no error so I just run but it displlay some excetpion inside the data access layer that I donot face during when I call using console application. that is

"The specified named connection is either not found in the configuration, not intended to be used with the EntityClient provider, or not valid."

this exception is displayed inside the the .cs file inside edmx (entity framwork desinger).

please forward me some suggestion.
