I need to notify concerned users via email when the status of a particular item changes in database (say the status of an order) . I am using ASP.NET with Sql Server 2005.
The options which I got are SqlNotificationRequest, SqlDependency, Triggers (http://rusanu.com/2006/06/17/the-mysterious-notification/) but again accroding to this post - http://www.sqlskills.com/BLOGS/BOBB/category/Query-Notifications.aspx - same queue cannot have more than one subscriber.
So guys, please help me out.
Does Sql Server Express 2005 support notifications to be used with SqlCacheDependency?

Hello, I have moss list, that have field "person".
