COM Exception using least privilege

Running SP2010 RTM on a Win2003 Enterprise R2 box. I'm trying to set up least privilege.  To that end, I have an account called sp-farm that I used as the farm account.  When I run, I get the following error in the ULS: 09/09/2010 11:36:14.75 w3wp.exe (0x12E4) 0x13AC SharePoint Foundation General 8nca Verbose Application error when access /SitePages/Home.aspx, Error=The handle is invalid. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070006 (E_HANDLE)) 090c5cbc-d99c-4fac-b20b-8b198207a10f Nothing helpful in the event viewer. If I add sp-farm to the administrator group, life is good.  Obviously I'm missing some permissions somewhere. I don't know how to proceed to track this down.  Any suggestions?GregM

Hoew to block a Window account with administrator privilege ??

I want to block any Window users with admin privilege to login to SQL Server database. even though these users don't have the login accounts in SQL Servers, they still can login the SQLServers database.
