We have a transaction log backup that was generated while the SQL Server Recovery Model was set to Bulk-Logged. We would like to recover to a point in time but are unable to since there is a bulk operation included in the log file.
There are a couple 3rd party tools available that say they can manipulate a backup of a transaction log. Has any one had success in using one of these to remove bulk operations from a log or is this even possible? The situation is not critical and it
only affects one table so we don't want to take any chances on corrupting data.
