I suspect I already know the answer to this..... I have configured a OTTB Approval workflow on a meeting workplace site doc library. Unfortunately, the email alerts go to a non-outlook email client. I notice I don't have the "open this task
button" on email. Is there a way around this? Say sorting out a link in the email as there is one that references the document I have to approve (see below). I will I need to modify the workflow in SPD 2010 or is the limitation of not using outlook
a show stopper.
