What follows is the scenario I have to manage... I have no clue on "how to hadle", so any help is useful.
I have to load a vector graphic image (output from Illustrator, but can be any format like svg, whatever.... I have to chose one) into a aspx page (actually a frame). After the loading I have to render some text on it (on fixed coordinates), the save the resulting image to a pdf as a vector graphic (again any format, I can converto to pdf or retain "svg"...).
The only costrain is that I must not convert to raster type. Never.
At the present I have done an application that do everything with raster (png) images, but since large images waste a lot of memory I want to move on a vector format.
Any advice on that subject? I have googled the net, but I found only old post on svg ( more than 5 years old) and, anyway, not an example on my specific need (load, embed text, save to pdf)
