Could not connect using SQLDMO to SQL Instance ACQ01I

Hello, On mom I have an alert very frequent 13.000 times / in 30 days : "could not connect using SQLDMO to SQL Instance xxx". Is afecting only some clusters instances (normal servers are not beeing afected). I'm using mom 2005 ver 5.0.2911.0 and windows server 2003 sp2, sql server 2005 sp3. I have compared 2 instances : one with alert with other without the altert and I could see no difrences. DMO Looks well installed. - How to debug that DMO is working fine ? - How to change the dmo security ? - Why is afecting only some instances and not all ?

Errors using SQLDMO on a 64-bit SQL Server client not returning descriptions.

I'm really hoping that someone can help me out here because I have been searching for days on why this is happening.  Here is the situation...

We have a vbscript that uses SQLDMO to issue updates to a database.  The script is written in such a way that if an error occurs, a log file is created with the Err.ID, Err.Description, etc.  This helps us to debug why the script failed.  The problem comes in when we try and run this script on a 64 bit client machine.  We end up getting no Err.Description at all and a completely different Err.ID.  We have the SQL Server 2005 backwards compatibility package installed and 2005 is updated to the latest service pack.

Here is a copy of the error we receive on the 32-bit box
