i am creating a path geometry using polyline:
System.Windows.Point Point1 = new System.Windows.Point(50, 10);
System.Windows.Point Point2 = new System.Windows.Point(200, 10);
System.Windows.Point Point3 = new System.Windows.Point(200, 100);
System.Windows.Point Point4 = new System.Windows.Point(10, 100);
System.Windows.Point Point5 = new System.Windows.Point(10, 50);
System.Windows.Point Point6 = new System.Windows.Point(50, 10);
PointCollection polygonPoints = new PointCollection();
yellowPolyline.Points = polygonPoints;
this is a rectangle which is clipped from top-left,
actually i want to create dynamically a polyline whose size is relative to the image i click on the canvas
and then apply than clip that image using that polyline,,so that the image looks clipped from top-left
I have an issue related to maximum row size. I have a DW environment which has a table with multiple hierarchies and levels.
OLE DB error: OLE DB or ODBC error: Cannot create a row of size XXXX
which is greater than the allowable maximum of 8060. Errors in the OLAP
storage engine: An error occurred while the dimension, with the ID
of 'DATABASE', Name of 'DIMENSION' was being processed.
Server: The operation has been cancelled.
My current version is SQL Server 9.00.3257 (SP2 + CU 8). I would like to check if there is any upgrade available to fix this limitation (SQL Server 2005 SP3 / SQL Server 2008 SP1)....
Any advice is much appreciated.
Thanks in Advance
I have code that creates a Bitmap, fills it as white, then draws a metafile to it. What I would prefer is to have the Bitmap be 100% transparent so that any pixels the metafile does not draw remain transparent. Is there a way to initialize a bitmap to be
System.Drawing.Image img = MyReadFile();
// metafile - assume to a bitmap format
System.Drawing.Bitmap bmp = new System.Drawing.Bitmap(Math.max((widTwips * xDpi + 720) / 1440, 1),
Math.max((htTwips * yDpi + 720) / 1440, 1), System.Drawing.Imaging.PixelFormat.Format32bppArgb);
// draw the metafile on the bitmap, put a white background first.
System.Drawing.Graphics g = System.Drawing.Graphics.FromImage(bmp);
// these do nothing - but may in a future version
// it creates a bitmap filled with black
System.Drawing.SolidBrush sb = new System.Drawing.SolidBrush(System.Drawing.Color.get_White());
g.FillRectangle(sb, 0, 0, bmp.get_Width(), bmp.get_Height());
g.DrawImage(img, 0, 0, bmp.get_Width(), bmp.get_Height());
I follow the tutorial and creted a web site for my company sales system. One of my collegue mention we use the wrong templet, we should use Web application for company application.
Should i continue using web site or change to web application? We are creating application for company sales, inventory, hr ,etc where possible more than 1000++ user. And during month end, it will be high traffic and transaction. can Web Site Template with BLL and DAL handle it? or i just need a powerful server?
I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this, so, sorry if it's not. I have to create a web application. I can handle that. But, it has a requirement I've never done before. I need to create an API for that application, so other apps can get or set information from/to my webapp.
I've been searching a lot and still don't have a starting point. Seems that MVC is really good to do that, but I'm not familiar with MVC, so I would need a starting point. I was thinking to do it in aspx (Framework 4), but do not know how to do that with aspx either.
Can anyone help me to get started with this?
Thanks in advance
