We are using MOSS 2007 integrated with SQL Reporting Services. In the report viewer, there is a menu item called "Open With Report Builder". We do not want this menu item to be displayed or, alternately, would like toÃÂ disable it. I assumed that this could be done by configuring the SSRS integration property "Enable ad-hoc reporting" in central admin to FALSE. Alas, this is not the case. The report builder menu item is still there and when you select it, it starts to install the application. How can I either disable or hide this menu item in the report viewer?

I'm using cssfriendly control adapter for menu. My asp.net menu control's datasource is a sitemap file I'm using which contains all the urls.
I have the following questions:
I want to apply a css class to the level 1 menu item (parent) when it or any or it's children are selected.
I've looked at MSDN documentation and any number of examples and walkthroughs but I haven't come up with a way of managing this. I was thinking something like this might work but the style is not being applied to the parent. To further complicate matters, if I try to apply a css style to StaticSelectedStyle it doesn't pick it up at all.
<StaticSelectedStyle Font-Bold="True" ForeColor="#3333CC" />
protected void MenuItemClick_NavMenu(Object sender, MenuEventArgs e)
MenuItem parentItem = e.Item.Parent;
if (parentItem != null)
parentItem.Selected = true;
We are using Sharepoint 2007 sp2.
I am using Sharepoint Designer 2007 to create workflow for some List, suddenly I cannot acess some list items' workflow,and was informed "Value does not fall within the expected range." , but other items are all ok.
I don't know whether this is concerned with the service pack 2, I installed sp2 yesterday.
when writing a menu in WPF, the menu acts differently between the main menu is pressed, and when one if it's dependencies when pressed.
on the first level, it opens the items from below the menuitem the was pressed.
in the second level it opens it from the right of the menuitem that was pressed.
i want that in all levels it will open the next submenu from the right of the menuitem that was pressed.
does anyone have an idea how ?
Is there a way I can add a link to an administrative page from within a lists settings page? For example if you go to a list and click "list settings" there is a header called General Settings, I would like to add a custom link in there if possible.
I know how to do it for central administration for example, but I can't find the write settings to get it to show up on lists. Thanks for any help.

When Lookup Column on a NewForm.aspx, that was populated from another SP List, does not contain a value in the DropDown menu can it be added/inserted into the source SP List from the NewForm without leaving the NewForm?
Is there code or example how to insert the Item in the SP List, then refresh/repopulate the Lookup Column's DropDown menu (in the NewForm)?
Or is there a better way to do this add an item both the List and the dropdown without resetting the values already entered in the NewForm?
