I have an InfoPath form library in our SharePoint site that people use to create requests and submit them through an Approval workflow for concurrence and process completion tracking. The workflows are manually started by users and the system is supposed
to update the approval status only on completion of the workflow (ie the request is approved or rejected). I did go into SharePoint Designer when we first launched and set the document library property settings to "Require content approval for submitted
items". They are not required to check out the item before editing it.
At first everything was just fine, but now it seems that the workflows are inconsistently updating the approval status. Any ideas?
