Here is my problem.
I have two lists, one is like an outage tracker that needs to send a workflow email to several group email accounts.
I can get this to work using a variable etc. But they would like the distro groups and members managed in another list where group email has members associated with it.
We use lotus so excahnge options are out the door.
The need is from the first list the user makes a choice from the email distro group category and the workflow emails all members assigned to that category based on the choice made.
List 1 Outage list where choice is made.
list 2 has ID, Title, Group email account, Members email accounts
The members is only a field with email also these users are not AD users or have accounts in our environment.
