I have document approval workflow I made via the UI on a MOSS 2007 site (Office 2010 products). When the approver opens the document and finds a change that needs to be made, then saves the document back to the server, the document status is either
draft or pending. Is there some way for the approver to indicate it as approved after she makes the change? Otherwise she still has to go to the document library and change the publish/and/or approve the document. Why all the extra hoops?
Also, the appover is not getting the Edit This Task button while in the word doc. This is the first time we have used document approval; finding it very frustrating and hard to test, since I can't test it all from my own computer (site owner).
