I have a list, lets assume it's a list of integer for simplicity.
List<int> myList = new List<int>();
... and so on
I do some things with my list.
Base on some data passed I sort the data
myList.OrderBy(m => m).ToList()
then some paging stuff
The question is, I use ToList() twice - is there going to be a penalty for this? Secondly is there a better way of achieving this assuming that the sort column in my proper list could vary?
Thanks in advance.
