Can I do Transactional Replication from a Replica to reduce load?

Are there any limitations in MS SQL 2008 Transactional Replication that prevent replicating from a database that is being replicated to.

We have a condition where we would like to have two Replicated Copies of a Primary database but would prefer to off load some of the Replication overhead of replicating to the third database from the Primary SQL.    Our current configuration is Primary SQL Server (publisher)-> Replicated Server 1(Subscriber)  and  Primary SQL Server (publisher)> Replicated server 2 (Subscriber).

And we would like to go to a configuration of: Primary SQL Server (publisher)-> Replicated Server 1(Subscriber)  and then Replicated Server1 (as Publisher)-> Replicated server 2 (Subscriber).

Our hope is that the load on the Primary SQL server will be reduced by going to this configuration.

Issue on MS Access linked to SQL data replica after synchronisation

We have a MS Access front end linked to an SQL 2005 database with around 200 tables. The database is setup with merge replication and an issue occurs on the publication database but after the data is synchronised. If a user tries to add a new record they get an error with #deleted record when trying to add new data into the tables from MS Access. After this first prompt for the deleted record the users can then operate as normal with no error messages and the system functions as normal. Another issue that occurs, but again only just after the data is synchronised, is that if the user requests to view all of the jobs for a particular client the very first time the search is performed a random un-related job is shown not the expected results, if the search is run again then it will funciton correctly until the next synchronisation is run.

Our tables have Unique IDs with automatic indentity and GUIDs. We have exactly the same solutions working on MSDE and SQL 2000 and there is no such problem on these system.

Any ideas would be most appreciated.

Problem in production server replica (Deploy WSP package)

 I have the following problem:

I have a Production Sharepoint 2010 server who has a VS2010 solution and other customizations.
To create a replica server (development server) I need two things (i guess):

 1.  Replicate customizations
 2.  Deploy WSP Package

For 1, I took the database and raised it in the development server (and i set up content database).

The problem happens in the point 2. When I need to do deploy, it says that the application already exists (I believe that it is a product of database migration)

I remove and deploy again and the same problem.

 That can be?

Note: I don't speak english, but i try :P
