I am installing MOSS 2007 in a Wrokgroup and not on a Domain.
I have 2 separete servers, one of which is the application server and the other of which is the Database server.
During setup when I specify the Database Server I have to add in a Username and Password. The Username that I use is an administrator in the Workgroup.
The problem I have is that I keep getting an error message saying that the Username is not a domain administrator account. But I am installing ina workgroup and not a Domain so shouldn't need to specify a Domain administrator account.
If I install both the Databases and the applicaion on the one server I can use a Username that is a local administrator on the server and that is fine.
But, unfortunately I need to split the databses and the application onto 2 servers.
Does anyone have any ideas on this?
