I am trying to put together a reporting dashboard for administration and am using numerous KPI's to do so. One of the KPI's that they would like is a Weekly and Yearly percentage of Uptime for products of a specific type. These KPI's would be based off
of a list of "Problems" meaning that whenever there is an outage an item is submitted to that list with the details of the outage. These details include Duration and the product associated with the problem (these are the relevant details). So, they
want uptime for each product on both a weekly and yearly scale. Any ideas?
