Enterprise SP 2010 installed, with all users on Office 2010. While on the domain in the network there is not a problem. Documents open as they are directed by the library in the client or browser.
When I log in from another source outside the network it routes through an ISA box. After authenticating on the site we can see all of the content just fine. Here's our delima: Go to any document library and click on a file. The client
application will open, but just remains blank. If you click on the arrow and select Edit in Excel or Word, same result. The only option is to hit the arrow and choose Send>Download a copy. It has only happened to a few of the several hundred
that use SharePoint. I cannot find a setting or problem on the machine itself. The last result is to reimage the machines, but we have started to see this happen to a new person each day. This does not account for those who may be having
the issue and never report it.
All office services are running, the sites are loaded in the Trusted Sites in IE.
Does anyone have an idea of what might be causing this?
