I have a solution that is a .net 3.5 aspx page. On my dev environment, everything works perfectly. When I change the master page, it changes along with it. I am using WSPBuilder to deploy on that environment.
When I take the solution to my UAT environment and it was a completely new install of SharePoint 2007, same thing. It worked really well. I deployed that by hand, however, using stsadm commands, but used the Project180.wsp that was made by WSPBuilder. It deployed
as a feature. I enabled that feature and it is a beautiful thing.
Then I restored the content from my production environment. That is working well. Now my solution no longer works. Okay, I expected that. So I deploy again. Now I am getting the dreaded: An error occurred during the processing of . The attribute 'autoeventwireup'
is not allowed in this page.
So I go back and make sure that it is completely removed as a feature and a solution. I even uninstalled the DLL's from the GAC and rebooted. I deployed again and I still get the same error. The dll's are in the GAC.
On my aspx page, here is my top line:
<%@ Page Language="C#" MasterPageFile="~masterurl/default.master" AutoEventWireup="true" Inherits="MFI.Project180.VideoPlayer.Project180Main, MFI.Project180.VideoPlayer, Version=184.108.40.206, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=
