I have a Document Library with the following Versionning Settings:
- Require content approval for submitted items: yes
- Require documents to be checked out before they can be edited=No
When a new file is created in the Doc. Library a workflow designed by SharePoint Designer is started.
The only action is Set content approval status to Approved with comments.
The workflow stopped and in the History section I have:
ÃÂ ÃÂ ÃÂ ÃÂ Event Type = Error
ÃÂ ÃÂ ÃÂ ÃÂ User Id = System Account
ÃÂ ÃÂ ÃÂ ÃÂ Description = Error updating a list item
ÃÂ ÃÂ ÃÂ ÃÂ Outcome = Document checked out
Why the document is checked out and why the System account, which has Full Control can't execute the action?
