WWF prerequisite

I want to use WWF to describe and run IVR call flows. Call flow is very similar to state machine and event driven. I have few questions listed below:

1. Is Visual Studio 2005, contains everything required to develop WWF application

2. What is the scalability of workflows. Our requirement is to handle 1000 calls on a server. That means we need to instantiate 1000 instances of an IVR work flow.

3. Is there any good material which explains WWF (state machine version) for beginers.

Error 110 intalling SQL Express 2005 as Prerequisite

Except we have two installers, one that copies the product installer to a deploy folder and then calls the product installer to execute the installation.  If we run the second installer manually it works, but if we call the second executable (as a SetupComplete InstallShield 2010 custom action, or if we call a batch file (cmd /c start "Launch Installer" /separate /wait Launch.cmd") it fails at the same place as above "Error 110 installing MS SQL Native Client"

But it works fine if the second installer is run manually so it's not a problem with rights or permissions. Do we need to kill the first installers task before the second installer will work?  Is this

Installing SQL Express 2005 as a prerequisite

I hope I am in the right place for this.

I am trying to install SQL Server 2005 Express SP3 as a prerequisite in my installer package. The installation goes ahead but when its finished it comes up with Warning 4154 SQL Server 2005 Express SP3 prerequisites was not correctly installed.

When I continue from this the install completes and my database is created correctly, howvever, when I try to connect to it either on the local machine or from my remote client I get the error cannot connect to the SQL Server, server not found or not accessible error 40

I am using the following command line
