I'm attempting to set up a sharepoint site for my work and I'm having some issues. I'm looking to manage documents in one folder but be able to view (or insert) that folder into four other folders without having to manage it in four places. Due to
site permissions, I am unable to just have an all folder so I'm hoping there is a way I can administratively manage this folder and have it appear in four subfolders (not a subfolder of the one I am attempting to manage). Is this possible? Can anyone help
steer me in the right direction?
