We run an ASP.Net web app but our customers provide their own login pages and send credentials as parameters in an HTTP POST. We detect the params at Page Load and one of them is called returnurl which we store in Session("ReturnURL"). The intention being that users are returned to the web site that they came from. Here is my code from the LogOff page...
strReturnURL = CStr(Session("ReturnURL")) 'Set before Session is destroyed
If Len(strReturnURL) > 0 Then
Catch ex As Exception
An exception is thrown when the code tries to redirect to strReturnURL (which contains a valid URL).
Any suggestions as to how I can send a user to a URL after Session has been abandoned ?
