I would like to require a change to one field if a secondary dropdown field is changed at all. At Minimum I would like to change the formatting or color of the field in question.

I have a form where the main fields are populated based on the results of a query field.
Ex, Main Data (SQL) Source:
Secondary Data Source (Sharepoint List)
What I would like to do is create form fields that will automatically populate based on the contents of the text field.
Ex, (text field) Please enter your fruit of choice: [ Apple ]
(Field 2 - from main SQL data source) The color of your fruit is [ RED ]
(Field 3 - from secondary Sharepoint List data source) Your fruits code is [ 1001 ]
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I have different sites in my sharepoint application. in every site i have one list, this list have one field called location. When i open this list in purticular site at the time users will see only the items where the location filed is equal
to the site name.
So please suggest me how we can achieve this?
I have a drop down with e.g values "Fruit", "Veg".I also have checkboxes - "Apple", "Pear", "Orange" ,"Tomato", "Potato". On selection of Fruit i want the checboxes applicable to fruit
to be checked. I have a rule at the moment but can only get one checkbox to be ticked. How do i do multiple.

I am relatively new at creating an InfoPath form for SharePoint but did accomplish a lot so far. Right now I am in a bind! I am almost completely done but can not figure out how to allow only my team members to change a field in the form and NOT have the
users touch the field. This form is a "reguest" form for tasks to be completed by our team. I created a "status" field and a "assignee" field and do not want anyone else to touch. I believe this an InfoPath and not a sharePoint function, correct?
i have a browser enable form with filed mails ids and cost i am promoting these filed, and it's saving in library but i need a vailidation when if any when to submit requets using mail and cost , at time i need availidation that your

I had an infopath form with few rich text field. When i copy some content from somewhere and paste in the richtext Box then while Printing the form I get Lot of Blank Spaces Infront of the rich text box.
I tried creating teh print view too but still i get bunch of empty pages printed before by richtext box control.
Is there a way we can remove those blank spaces.....
I am not able to find out what is going wrong here....
