Actually, i am working in InfoPath Forms services under MOSS2007. I am publishing Infopath in a specific site (http://<serverName>:<serverport>), and after i upload the administrator form in sharePoint and activate it in a site collection.
I want to ask if there is a solution to publish infopath with code
I have found how to activate infopath in a site collection with code .
thanks for advance.
I am trying to figure out how i can publish an infopath form to Sharepoint 2007. I want to promote some columns as well to sharepoint. Is there anyway I cound do that? Can I do that using the SharePoint 2007 webservices?
I have an InfoPath 2010 form that needs to have a repeating table so when I developed it as a SharePoint Form Library. When i attempt to publish the form to a SharePoint 2010 site i constantly get an error stating "The following URL is not valid".
I know that the URL is correct and I do have different forms on the site. The main difference between this form and others on the site are the repeating tables, and the other forms were created as SharePoint Lists.
This may be a very basic question. But i was not able to figure out the same. I have published an infopath form to a form library. If a user fills out a form and saves submit, the form should get saved automatically to the form library with a unique name.
For example, the submitted form should automatically get saved to the form library with the name Form1, form2, form3 and so on. Please help as how this can be accomplished. As of now I am getting the error below,
"The form cannot be submitted to the specified SharePoint document library. The document library already contains a file with the same name. A value in the form may be used to specify the file name. If you know what that value is, modify it and try submitting
the form again."
Thanks in advance,
I have an InfoPath web-enabled form in MOSS 2007, that is integrated with a K2 blackpoint process for an approval workflow.
Once the form (a Purchase Order request form) has been approved in the K2 workflow process, I switch the form view to a "print-friendly" view for the requestor to view from the browser. However, now I need to go one step further with this scenario:
1) I need to somehow insert/embed an image with the scanned-in signature of the approver (likely stored in a SP doc library) at the signature line section of my form. Also, what are the security requirements for storing such images, but not granting
all users access to these (e.g. only services accounts that need to access this for embedding into the form, etc.)?
2) Then I need to convert this final "print-friendly" view of the form (with the signature image) to a PDF document so that I can store it in SharePoint (and email it to the requestor using K2's email event capabilities).
Can anyone help me with a solution to both of these requirement, or point me to some resources for this (even 3rd party components are open-game).
I have published a sharepoint website that I created but I now have the following problem:
