here i have 3 tables in database...
1 is related to other
in my asp page i should display in tree view(this should get the data from database)
Note:- 1st table is should be parent nodes.... to this parent nodes 2nd table is child nodes for this child nodes again 3rd table is child nodes to 2childnode.....
help me in this???
Now here is the weird thing. First i am running it locally on the built in vs2008 web server.
I load my control in fine, do a postback from a linkbutton, locally on my machine it all works fine, no issue.
However when it goes onto my host, it falls over with the message:
Failed to load viewstate. The control tree into which viewstate is being loaded must match the control tree that was used to save viewstate during the previous request.
Now i also load controls dynamically and use postbacks and things in the admin area of the site...and that works fine, however my front end just keeps failing? See the code behing below:
public partial class Index : System.Web.UI.Page
private Data.Repositories.RepoClientPage repo = new DJSWebCMS.Data.Repositories.RepoClientPage(Helpers.AppSettings.DatabaseConnectionString);
public Data.DataObjects.PageDisplay DisplayPage
protected void Page_Load(object sender, EventArgs e)
if (String.IsNullOrEmpty(Helpers.Request.Path) && Helpers.Request.ID <= 0)
We have created a Tree view control for the ease of navigation. Is it possible to disable the hyperlink and keep the text only in the control.
I am not sure if this make any sense. Please see the below scenario
Adding Dynamic Rows in ASP.NET GridView Control with TextBoxes and with Delete functionality In my previous examples, I have demonstrated on how to add dynamic rows in GridView control with TextBoxes and how to save the values into the database. Now, seems that most of the developers are asking if how to add a delete functionality with it. So in this example, I'm going to show on how to delete a certain row in the dynamic GridView with TextBoxes.
