We moved our SSRS 2008 R2 report server recently (just powered it down and physically moved the box). Ever since we have restarted we have had a credentialing problem (all users
presented with credentialing dialog but unable to credential) with the report server. I am told by our infrastructure vendor that this is an Microsoft acknowledged problem. The vendor was on the phone with Microsoft support for several hours trying to fix
it without success. What they did was write the URL of the report server into the Local Intranet section of Internet Explorer as this was a "quick and dirty fix".
Everything ran fine for several months until the move.
A few questions:
Is anyone else experiencing this? Do you have a fix?
The problem has not been completely resolved as I now have Terminal Services users reporting the same problem?
