I am having an issue that I can't seem to resolve, regarding my InfoPath form and UDCX data connections. I have an InfoPath 2007 form that was previously working just fine. However, the security certificate expired recently, so I needed to publish
the template file with a new certificate (which I have done). Unfortunately, when the users nagivate to the form in SharePoint and open it, they get a popup that states "One or more data connections in your form are specified with a new server-relative
link, but no publish location hs been defined for the forum. Data connections will be retrieved from the server specified at design time. To enable the server-relative link, publish your form to a Microsoft Office Server. Certain types of server-defined
Web Service connections will not work with the design time settings".
The users can check the checkbox to make the message go away, but I'd like to find out why this is now an issue? This seemed to start when I created a new certificate for the form. If users do click OK on the dialog, the form appears with the correct data.
I have also verified that the URLs to the Data Source Connections are valid, as well as the location/names for the UDCX files.
Can anyone shed some light on this?
