I have a sql which does this:
Insert select into #temp1 and then do calculation on #temp1 data and add new columns and insert into #temp2, Update data in #temp2 for different conditions and select multiple occurance account number put it in #temp3 again another update on #temp2
finally select on #temp2 table
so what i did is created a stored proc for the entire process and calling that in the report.
Is there a better to handle this kind of situation?? avoiding these many temp tables!!
