I have a webservice using pollingDuplexHttpBinding and a Silverlight 4 client. The Message I send over the service is a byte array (jpeg encoded pixels of a picture). If the byte array is small enough all works fine.
I know that I have to increase the maxArrayLength, but when I´m doing this in the web.config of my webservice, nothing happens. With Fiddler, I catch the error message, that the maxarraylength is 16384.

I read somewhere that MS has integrate SilverLight Toolkit into VS2010. Where is it? I can't find it under Toolbox.
