i am not able to apply theme to a site programmatically.
i am saving the names of few themes in a list and retrieving it from the list on page load event and applying in page load event only.
but unable to apply the theme on page load , getting an error ("Updates are currently disallowed on GET requests. To allow updates on a GET, set the 'AllowUnsafeUpdates' property on SPWeb.")
and i have kept "currentWeb.AllowUnsafeUpdates =
still getting this error , please help .

I'm using a custom.master page, which is applied to almost all pages available to READ users.
However, I'd like to apply it to the Search, Site Settings, and View All Site Content pages.
I'm not sure where this would be applied.

I am working on developing a “Create Website Wizard” for SharePoint 2007 that would do the following (I am simplifying a little for the sake of this post):
Take user input as follows:
Category (I, II, III):
The category will be a choice field (radio buttons or a dropdown)
I know there is a field you can check when you edit the properties of a Master Page in the Master Page Gallery to set a Master Page to hidden but ... can anyone think of a way to programmatically hide specific Master Pages from the Site Master Page Settings
