How to use ICLRStrongName?

Posted By:      Posted Date: October 21, 2010    Points: 0   Category :.NET Framework

I've switched to .NET 4 and am removing all instances of the old framework. We used to use StrongName.h and StrongNameTokenFromAssembly() to get the signing token to verify our mixed mode assembly, however when using .NET 4 this introduces a dependency on .NET 2.0 since the original function has been deprecated. (BTW there's no warning in the compiler about this even when the project is targeting 4.0)

I want to use the new ICLRStrongName::StrongNameTokenFromAssembly() but there seems to be zero examples on how to use this new interface. Can someone at MSFT lend a hand here? The previous function was much easier to use.
