I am running WCF service and client on the XP machines with transport security = true to set up secured TLSv1 communication. It seems like WCF always uses TLS_RSA_WITH_RC4_128_MD5 Cipher Suite. I want to have something else, may be AES for
session encryption. My real goal is to be able to decrypt the WCF SSL within a C# app. With .NET, there is not such a managed RC4 module to use, don't know why. I have tried to use different RC4 implementations from many posts found in the web, however, they
all failed to decrypt the application data, which makes me guess these implementations are different than WCF, or actuall SChannel's own RC4. Certainly, I am not so sure even if with managed AES or DES modules , I am able to decrypt the data.
