BDC + Document Information Panel Javascript Error

I hope someone here can shed some light on this one...

We have a document library configured with a few content types and document information panels for those items. Also on this list we have a BDC column setup to pull client names from MS CRM. This works fine on the list itself, however, in Word 2007 - the picker does not show up in the DIP, so we cannot easily select clients without knowing the name (first issue).

Secondly, if we enter in a client name, or partial, we recieve the following error:

"There was an error in the validation code" - with the following details:
Document Information Panel cannot complete this action, because of an error
in the form's code.
The following error occurred:

Any help is appreciated!

Collapsible Panel Expand Event Help

I have a series of collapsible panels on a page. Each of them contain a databound listview. I am looking for a way to prevent the massive hit to the DB on page load. People Picker Render Error in Document Information Panel

I created a Content Type and added 3 columns.  One of those columns is a People Picker type column. When I open the Content Type by going to NEW -> MyContentType in a document library in SharePoint it opens in Microsoft Word but the People Picker control does not render correctly in the Document Information Panel. There is no error - just a display of a broken control. Is there a fix?

The datalist is bound to an sqldatasource. I have tried to use a collapsible panel extender in the datalist to hide or show message, but the designer could not render the datalist because of the collapsible panel control. Gridview control Delete error -- Must declare the scalar variable "@GradeID"

 Hi All,Pardon me if this seems redundant. I have searched the archives and found many references to this type of error. Most (all?) boil down to a mismatch between the token for the databound field and the sql parameter. I have stared at this code for a long time and can see nothing wrong with it. In fact, it is so simple that I started over from scratch using only the designer (ie I wrote no code), so I don't see how it possible to have a name mismatch. I would very much appreciate any help figuring out what is the problem here. Thank you very much in advance.-Roger   Server Error in '/ssp/inet220a06' Application. update error of gridview

Hi.. I have a grid view. I had set the autogenerateedit buttion to true. and i wrote the following code

protected void GridView1_RowUpdating(object sender, GridViewUpdateEventArgs e)
        GridViewRow row = GridView1.Rows[GridView1.EditIndex];
        string str1 = ((TextBox)(row.Cells[1].Controls[0])).Text; string str2 = ((TextBox)(row.Cells[2].Controls[0])).Text; Response.Write(str2 + "                 " + str3); GridView1.DataBind(); }

So, When i click the edit button on the grid view, it will show me 'update' and 'cancel' buttons along with text boxes for cells 1 and 2. but when i change the data in those text boxes and click the 'update' button, 'response.write' is sowing me the previous values rather than modified values. How to get the modified values into str1 and str2 ?

How to track Collapse/ Expand event of AJAX Collapsible Panel Extender to call javascript ?

I am working with AJAX Panel Collapsable panel extender.

The Panel which is to be collapsed/Expanded using AJAX panel Extender contains one custom control, containing 3 Radio buttons one of them is set checked through a javascript function when page loads. I have kept the default property of AJAX collapsable panel as Collapsable.

Script for AJAX Collapsible Panel Extender is as follow.

 <ajax:CollapsiblePanelExtender ID="cpeSOP" runat="Server" CollapseControlID="pnlCollapsable"
   CollapsedSize="0" Collapsed="True" CollapsedImage="~/public/img/arrowRightWhite.gif"
   ExpandControlID="pnlCollapsable" ExpandDirection="Vertical" ExpandedImage="~/public/img/arrowDownWhite.gif"
   ImageControlID="Image1" SuppressPostBack="true" TargetControlID="pnlSearchCriteria">

But problem is that when page loads, collapsible panel gets collapsed but it resets the radio buttons in custom control. i.e. First radio button does not get checked. Script for Collpsable panel is as follow. I want to call some javascript code when the panel is Collapsed or Expanded. Is there any way to track Coll
