Attachment upload error on browser based InfoPath form

Hello,

I am having an interesting problem with browser based InfoPath forms in SharePoint 2007.  For some reason the file attachment control is not working any more.  It was working fine in July, but now it will not allow file attachments over a few kb.  I tried a 34KB file and I get the error below, a 2KB file works fine.

Infopath form - browser error client error

I am facing a problem with browser enabled infopath form. I have developed this in infopath 2007. I have few fields in a repeating table. It contains Number of units, qty , subtotal and total. Total is sum of all sub totals and Sub total is  multiplication of units and qty. I am able to insert new items in preview and getting subtotal and total. I have published it in sharepiont as browser enabled form as a content type. When I opened the form in browser and insert new item in repeating table then I am not getting my subtotal and total updated. I am getting those for only first row. other rows are not working. This is working with infopath client.  Please help me out..

thanks

Parser Error, Global_asax

Hi all, I've been working with Visual Studios 2010 for a couple months now and every now and then it starts telling me it can't compile something that has been running with no issues, and no changes done to it. I have done a lot of research to figure this out and generally I end up getting the majority of answers is to "Rebuild" or "Build" the project. When I do that I have to deal with an entirely different issue and it takes me nearly a full day to get the thing running again and most often I just have to create a new project and copy the same exact files into this new project, add the files to that new project by hand and it works with no issues. Now there has to be a faster/better way to deal with this issue. I will post the information I find may be pertinet to this issue and hopefully somebody can tell me how to stop wasting large amounts of time on this issue. I have had to deal with this at least once a week since I started using VS2010 doing VB.net and ASP.net 4 code writing.   Parser Error Description: An error occurred during the parsing of a resource required to service this request. Please review the following specific parse error details and modify your source file appropriately. Parser Error Message: Could not load type 'RequestForms.Global_asax'.Source Error: Line 1: <%@ Application Codebehind="Global.asax.

Strange: Parser Error: Could not load type '_Default'.

i donot have any intentions till now of uploading my web project and just started working on MS VS9.0I made a simple Linq based project (CODE BEHIND used)AS i compiled it i got Parser Error: Could not load type '_Default'.I figured out 2 solutions for this(WHICH I CUDNT FIND IN MANY FORUMS). But nt sure...why doing them solves the problem.SOL 1)The easy way out is to uncheck "place the code in the seperate file" while adding an item.and then adding the statement <%@ Import Namespace="System.Linq" %> on top of ur aspx as in:<%@ Page Language="C#" %><%@ Import Namespace="System.Linq" %><!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">---FURTHER CODE----Sol2)If  we deal whith the CODE behind technique....and have already used "USING System.Linq; in the definition,I found a funny solution to the problem. In ur default page...the top line is<%@ Page Language="C#" AutoEventWireup="true" CodeBehind="Default.aspx.cs" Inherits="<namespace>.<class>" %>Now if i change the keyword from CodeBehind to CodeFile as in:<%@ Page Language="C#" AutoEventWireup="true" CodeFile="Default.aspx.cs" Inherits="<namespace>.<class>

Error submitting browser enabled form using this.Submit()

I'm trying to submit my Infopath form by calling this.Submit() method from my button click event handler.  According to Microsoft - Note: You can write a custom submit event handler for the Submit event, and then you can programmatically call the event handler by using the Submit method. This type or member can be accessed from code running in forms opened in Microsoft Office InfoPath 2007 or in a Web browser. Its not working for me and throws this exception  - XmlForm.Submit cannot be called from the SubmitEventHandler. BTW - I'm able to submit same form without any problem if I don't use this "Submit()" method.  I really want to know why its behaving like this.  Looks like a BUG.  Thanks, Suhaib Khan

After Installing SharePoint Foundation 2010, trying to open site gives 404 error in browser

I had this as reply on a thread about migrating from WSS 3.0 to SFS 2010. But I have completed all the steps with the modified documentation, but the browser delivers an error 404 when I try to open the site I created.  Same thing happens if I go at it via https, but first I get a certificate warning error (using the IP instead of the FQDN) and then being prompted for credentials.

I am completely stumped at what else to look at.  Any help in gathering information to get help is also appreciated.

Environment:  SBS 2008, SFS 2010, SQL Express 2008.  Rest of the IIS sites continue to function normally and I can get to the management site ok.  Although after the install, I had to go into application pool and change the service account from the domain admin (it defaulted to that) to networkservice account, otherwise I got a 503.  Same thing happened on the site I created until I changed the service account.  Now just a 404.

Browser based InfoPath forms in Sharepoint error

Hello,

I have a form that we built in InfoPath2010 and I am trying to publish it to SharePoint2010 using the "broswer-based" capability. The form works in preview mode in InfoPath, but when I publish it to SharePoint, I get the follwing error:

"You do not have permissions to access a database that contains data required for this form to function correctly.
An entry has been added to the Windows event log of the server.

Log ID:5566

Correlation ID:9161ac7c-7b8f-4164-907a-14426c54b24f"
The form has two main data connections, both are tables in a sql database server. They display data from the tables, and the users are also able to input data into the database. The form right now is configured as "full" trust, as we have custom code in the form that will only work with that setting. I have also uploaded the two UDC connection to a data connection library in SharePoint, but no luck.
Here is part of the  the custom code in our form that may be causing issues:
