I got an unusual issue with SharePoint 2010. We use SharePoint as an external Client portal using FBA login authentication. We have close to 2000 users on this portal. 28 of these users show up with i:0#.f|fbamembershipprovider| in its
username and these 28 accounts cant login. I can't seem to find where they are in the database or how to remove or fix these logins. Anyone have a suggestion?
Ive currently got a user control on a search page that displays related documents for a particular record based on the GUID. What I have is an integration between ms CRM and sharepoint. i.e got an iframe in CRM pointing to sharepoint showing related documents
for a particular record. All that is working well but now my issue is this:
When a user uploads a document from crm, it uploads succesfully but as its not crawled, it wont appear in their iframe view. Initially in my code ive started an incremental crawl when a document is succesfully submitted spcs.StartIncrementalCrawl() the problem
with this is that this typically takes about 3-4mins. what I want to do (if possible) is crawl the exact document/url uploaded. I see theres the StartAddresses.Add method in the ContentSource class but I cant get this to work as the URI i provide (url of the
document url) causes an error.
Anyone have an example of this which is NOT a WebContentSource or does anyone have any ideas how I could do this?
We have about 650 user profiles loaded and all seem to be pulling up correct with the sharepoint sites. The profiles are available to the end user. However when I try to search for any profiles in Central Administration -> Manage User Profiles,
it only retrieves a few back (~10). There are no profiles in the "Missing from import" section either. I have tried all different types of criteria (domain\accountname, accountname, domain...)
Any help as to why I cannot pull up the profiles would be greatly appreciated!!
By the way.. the page displays that we have 650 user profiles as well. "Total Number of Profiles: 650"
