I have a requirement of creating a task list with workflow. The workflow logic is 1. A enteres information and informs B,C,D and E. 2. B,C,D or E can enter their part of information and after each and every information is entered, the status changes accordingly
and finally once all the information is entered, the status changes to completed.
This workflow is simple and requires only sending email to alert users to enter their part of information. It need not be sequential as anyone can enter information in any order. Is it possible to do it using Sharepoint Designer 2007?
