Publish Access 2010 Database to Sharepoint 2010

We have been unable to publich our Access Databases to sharepoint. I have created a new table with 2 fields, called field1 and fields. I then created a new form to list both views, taking all the defaults. I then clicked on File -> Save & Publish -> Publish to Access Services. Entered our sharepoint site and a name Test. When I try to go to the site I get the following errors. I am not sure where to go from here. We have tried both access databases and web databases.

How to add a Database Connection on Sharepoint Designer 2007 to access SQL 2005 tables?

I've tried and looked on many sites with different solutions for which non of them resolved my issue. I've a blank Sharepoint site and want to view data from an SQL DB. It says that a Server Error occurred and that the Data Retrieval Service didn't worked out while listing the DB's.

I tried using the 3 methods... using the also the connection string in different ways... when I do it using VB, Office and Java... I can see the data from that DB... why on Sharepoint Designer it doesn't? It supposed to be more easier than other tools.

I'm really desperate. Any help is very welcome.

Published Access 2010 Database to Sharepoint 2010. You do not have permission to view the records.

I have published an Access 2010 database to Sharepoint 2010.  It is pretty basic and essentially it is just used for teachers to enter lesson plans.  When viewing the site there is a form that has several dropdown menus.  The user should be able to choose their name, date, etc. from these dropdown menus.  The problem is that when I click on a dropdown menu the menu just shows a message that says "This service isn't available right now".  I also get a message that pops up which says "You do not have permission to view the records.  To obtain permission contact your site administrator."

The weird thing is that when I was testing this at one point I clicked the dropdown menu and it did work.  I clicked off the dropdown menu and went right back to it again and it didn't work.

I have anonymous access enabled for this site.  However, I have tried it with an anonymous user as well as with the user account that installed Sharepoint and published the database to Sharepoint and it doesn't work either way.

Is this a permission issue on the site or something else?  Any help is greatly appreciated.

Cannot load Access database from SharePoint into client access

I'm starting to think this is a bug but here's what happens...

We've just deployed Access Services and are testing it.  I've created a new database on my mysite and can edit it fine via the web interface.  However, if I click Options --> Open in Access, I'm presented with this error message:

"Microsoft Access could not open the Web Application from https://mysite.moss.domain.tld/personal/tim/projects.  Please verify that the server is available."

The server is definitely available.  I'm at a loss here.  I'm using Access 2010.
