I created a Blog site for my company. This will be set up on the company intranet. It should be pretty plain blog. There will be no categories (I already removed this).
A few executives will be the only ones who will be creating posts. They need to have access to the Blog Tools on the right side of the blog as well as editing the posts.
The employees should not have access to create posts or edit the posts. They should only have access to create comments.
I can set up the execs with Owner rights.
If I set up the employees with Member rights they will have access to the Blog Tools (which we do not want them to have). If I set them up as visitors they have no rights to comment (which we want them to have). So the question is...How can I do this? Is there
a way to add access to comment for visitors or remove access to edit posts(blog tools) for members?
Also, is there a way to remove the "Alert me" and "RSS feed" at the bottom of the blog based on permissions?
