- Create a document library
- Ensure the Type column is displayed in the view
- Add a document of a known file type (i.e. Word or InfoPath)
- Click on the Type icon for that document. All it does is highlight that row, check the box for that row (if shown), and change the ribbon perspective, but it does not open the document.
Anyone else experience something different, and does anyone know if this is a bug, if there's a fix, or a workaround? I have submitted it as a bug on MS Connect.
