I'm not sure this question is a Sharepoint or Exchange problem.
I've been encountering a problem that I do not know how to troubleshoot. :( I'm sure my user has e-mail account on the
Exchange 2010. However in SharePoint, it says my user does not have an e-mail address. I deleted a user and recreated the user and still the same problem. SharePoint just does not see that my user on Exchange already has an e-mail address. :(
I hope I have done what I could to explain.
