What is "AppDomainUnloadListener.RegisterSelf() entered lock".

I keep getting an Input string in improper Format after pushing the SharePoint SaveButton on a slightly customized EditForm page.  However on doing a back to the Ediform and then redoing the save, and it works fine.  The I have researched the error messages presented in the log at the time of the error producing button click.  There are a bunch of "Can't find web called ..." which sources on the web say are not significant.  Then there is a entry saying   "AppDomainUnloadListener.RegisterSelf() entered lock (this=15368010)" I have found many listings on the web showing variations of this entry in co-ordination with things dealing with publishing with different values for "this ="  I have also seen it present for issues dealing with load balancing which is not the case as this is a single server farm.   So I would like to know What does this message mean and what is it's relationship to this error?
