I have a SharePoint library on a MOSS 2007 server with six metadata columns. When a document is saved, a workflow populates five of those columns. However, when a document is open, the user can see all six of those columns (when they only need to enter data
into one). I figured out how to edit the form that appears in Microsoft word using Infopath. However, I don't know how to get rid of the fields I don't want users to see. If I delete those fields in the form, the workflow gives an error.
Does anyone know of a good resource that explains editing these forms that show up in a document using Infopath?
