I've developed an InfoPath form using SQL webserivce which contain drop downs. In SharePoint, I created a Data Connection Library and Forms Library. In InfoPath forms, I'm using ucdx file which i placed in my Data Connection Library. I'm also using Full
Trust and created new certificate. I published it using 'Enable this form to be filled out using a browser' option and 'Administrator-Approved form template'.
Using Central Admin, Manage Form Templates > Upload Form Templates. I uploaded InfoPath xsn file and activate it in the Site Collection. Now, I can see my form in the Form Templates library. I opened the form using 'Open in the client application', it
asked for the username/password and opened the form in the InfoPath forms. It works absolutely fine. But, when i try to open the form using 'Display as a Web page', is doesn't show the values in the drop down which is coming through webservice. No error as

I'm wrestling with the problem of creating a website form by which it should be possible to submit data to a sharepoint list.
I have gone to the root of my site collection where I have created a new custom list, added all the custom columns I would like and added some dummy content (two rows).
Now I want create a form in which my frontend users (anonymous) can create new rows to the list. It's a conference registration list where the customers should be able to register for the next conference.
I would like full control over the layout of the form and integrate it seamlessly with the rest of my site design.
Guided by this video I have tried to create a such form: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yHtzKsOwqqQ&feature=related
The problem is this: when I have inserted the data view into the webpart zone, chosen my prefered list and chosen the fields I would like to be contained by the form and press the "insert selected fields as... " button the possibility of "new item form"
is not available. Why is that so? This seems to be the right thing to do.
Problems with the permissions? I have set anonymous users to be able to create new list items for the relevant list.
Note: When I proceed the same way in the list-folder and for example open the "newForm.as

ADO.NET provides many techniques for improving the performance of data-intensive applications and for making them easier to build. The DataSet, the hallmark of the ADO.NET object model, serves as a miniature, disconnected facsimile of a data source. While using the DataSet improves performance by reducing expensive trips to the database server, it also introduces the possibility of multiple users attempting to change the same data simultaneously, thereby generating data concurrency exceptions. This article examines the common causes behind data concurrency exceptions and presents techniques for overcoming them.

i have a dropdownbox and a gridview
what I want is to have a list item which populates all data in a gridview.
I have tried using list item selected value=0 but to no avail.
what is the easiest way to achieve this?
I am using the ModalEF template, converted to a web application.
The GridViewPager is not showing up, though everything else works fine (filters, updates, etc).
I have tried several things in the last two weeks, to no avail.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
The GridViewPager.ascx.cs Page_Load fires, but the Page_PreRender does not.

I have a user who receives the error 'This form requires connections to data sources when it is loaded. At least one of these connections is not available. As specified by the form designer, this form will not open' when trying to Submit an infopath form
located on a WSS2.0 site.
The user has been having this issue since upgrading to Office 2007 and IE7. I have had the user run an Office Diagnostics but this has not resolved the issue.
I am not aware of any other users experiencing this issue.
Any ideas please?
I have an infopath form submitted to a form library that my users have been submitting data to.ÃÂ This is working out just fine.
My problem is that I need to view the submitted data is a more readable format such as PDF or some other format.ÃÂ In addition to this I need to create this type of format for archival purposes.
Has anyone any ideas on this subject or have any suloutions on how to accomplish this?
Thank you for your thoughts.
