Here is the problem I have:
I have an event on a list that create a timer job. Because the users do not have permission to create timer jobs, the code impersonates a new user I have created (lets call him elevatedtimer). I have given elevatedtimer farm admin, but the event would not
work until I also gave him dbowner on the Admin_Content DB through SQL. The situation is, once I give him this access, it works fine and can create timer jobs as expected, however the following morning the event fails on creating a timer job, and evevatedtimer's
dbowner permission has been removed from the database. This has happened 2 or 3 days in a row. Once I set that permission again, it works fine.
What could possibly be doing this? Is there a SP timer job that goes through and cleans up DB permissions? this account is not being used for anything else except running this event code, its not a service account for anything else. Should he be getting
access to the Admin_Content db anyway because he is a farm admin?
Thanks in advance
