I'd like to add a blog to a web site.
I use Visual Studio 2010, .Net Framework 4.0, IIS version 5, and Oracle 10g.
I am trying to add a blog to my .Net application. What is involved to accomplish that -- installing the blog engine and what else (any samples)?
I search the forum and saw some suggestions about installing either Subtext, BlogEngine.Net, or dasBlog.
I installed dasBlog and saw a new dasBlog site got created in IIS, but then I don't know what to do next in order to add a blog to my .Net application.
I saw Subtext requires: ASP.NET 2.0, SQL Server 2000, and IIS 5.0 or higher.
But I use .Net 4.0 and Oracle, not SQL Server. I do not want to migrate from Oracle to SQL. I already have ODAC installed. I already installed dasBlog and I don't thinkg I need to install dotnetblogengine. Is that right?
