I would like to consume a third part java based web service using WCF.
I have a working version of WSE 2.0 client and following is what I had to do to make it work.
I started WSE 2.0 Configuration Editor.
Checked "Enable this project for Web Services Enhancements"
Checked "Enable Policy" under Policy tab.
Clicked "Add..." button under Policy tab.
Selected "Secure a client application" in WSE Security Setting Tool wizard.
Checked "Require signatures" and unchecked "Require Encryption" for both Request Message and Response Message.
Selected "X.509 Certificate" for Client Token Types
Selected client certificate and server public certificate in the next couple of wizard pages.
And then generated policy cache config file.
After policyCache.config has been generated, I had to modify wsp:MessagePredicate and wssp:MessageParts by removing everything except wsp:Body().
It would be really helpful if someone can provide an example or pointer how to tackle this.
