This my Two Table i have one doubt...
For my first table i have select Top 2 from Employee_info
and second table itz just selct * from MDEp..
What my doubt is on loading the above report?
Is this load all the record from MDep or just matching one based on Employee_info..?
I have used the above method to configure my crystal report ...
Its working fine , But i have huge number of data in database ....
So , it take long time to load the report ...
So , i have decided to show only the last 50 records inserted into the database , not all the 500 records to be loaded every time.
Plz help me with this issue ...
Also , Plz explain me abt index legend in crystal report.

We have a monitoring tool set to check to see if the home pages for our 3 web apps load in under 60 seconds every 10 minutes. All 3 web apps load in under 3 seconds on every 10 minute check except for one exception. One check every
day one of the web app's home page takes longer than 60 seconds to load. This happens at 11:45PM when there is very little user usage on the environment. The characteristics of this page are as follows: The only thing on
the page is a list view web part which was added by the browser. The page has not been customized with SPD or code at all. The list that it pulls is a simple links list that has 281 items on it. The view
pulls all 281 items and displays them in sets of 100. I cannot find any associated event in the server events and/or SharePoint ULS logs nor are there any daily sharepoint timer jobs running at that time. Our full index happens
at midnight with incremental happening hourly. Our enviroment is 2 WFEs, 1 App/indexer and we have a separate SQL cluster backend.
Could someone lead me possibly in the direction I should take next in my troubleshooting?
A few of my clients are using XBAP application running over .net 4 client profile in IE8. The operating system they use is windows XP (service pack 2 or 3) on all their machines. We've had no issues during install of the .net framework or our XBAP application
but many of them are complaining that after keeping the xbap open for a long time their computer begins to slow down considerably. This specially happens when program is left open without using it for some time. On my own development system which is a windows
7 machine with full .net framework installed i haven't experienced such issue.
I checked for resource usage of the application but there is no significant increase in memory usage. The CPU consumption however becomes quite high, which I suspect is the reason for degradation of performance during these episodes. If this was a single
case i would have ignored it for some glitch on their system but this is happening on many machines and I suspect this has got something to do with .net framework on xp machines.
I don't see any reason for why this should be happening. Is there any documented bug, report related to this ? Are there any compatibility issues of .net 4 with other common programs running in xp? Do you have any idea on why
this could be happening ? What kind of data should i provide you s
In the ETL design we have followed drop index before data load and recreate it after load. But looks like this approach is time consuming.
Is there any better data load design approach? Will table partition solve this problem?

In past, I used to test performance of SharePoint 2007 with SQL Server Profiler and Windows Server 2003 Performance Monitor. Is this method good enough to measure actual performance? Any better tools for this?
